Creative Energy.
Hi, my name is Corinne (she\her) but you can call me Co. I’m a francophone multi-disciplinary artist and creative process teacher living on unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinabe Nation. (Ottawa, Canada).
Through art making, I question the intricate relationships between human emotion and the energetic body in order to create a deeper understanding of my personal narratives and inner worlds. I explore the subtle worlds of dream states, physical/emotional transformation and organic states of being to create other-wordly paintings, illustrations, murals and installations. Transforming these abstract states into material form allows them to take on new shapes through the unique perspectives of those interacting with my works. Thank you for being here.

Street Offerings.
Street offerings is my most current public art project. I believe in accessible art. This project allows me to explore and interact with the city as I leave behind a trail of my creations as gifts for anyone to find! I hope to encourage others to get out explore the vibrancy of their environments in a interactive way. These offerings leave room for synchronicity and offer a playful energy exchange between the city and I.
Sketch & Stretch.
The Sketch and Stretch workshop is inspired by my personal creative process. To set up a space for creativity, I do a meditation and gentle movement flow with the intention of building a deeper connection with my artistic projects. It’s my way of channeling creative expression and melting away any mental or emotional blockages. This workshop helps connect participants to their creative energy and create a sense of safety around their self-expression. This also opens up the dialogue of art being an accessible tool for healthy self-soothing.
