Movement for chronic pain (distance)
I built this practice from personal experience, using techniques studied from Hatha yoga and energy healing. I will guide you through a soft movement and meditation practice where you can learn natural techniques for self-soothing, either during a flare up or to manage pain in between flare ups. This practice is built to connect you to your physical body and to gain confidence in your capabilities beyond your limitations. The movement portion of the practise is extremely gentle, adaptable to your physical limitations and accessible to all body types.
For now, this practice will be done at a distance. We will connect on FaceTime and I will prompt you through the movements using my voice. I encourage you to set up a cozy space in your home where you feel comfortable accessing healing energy.
