Movement for creative expression (distance)
Using techniques studied from Hatha Yoga and intuitive movement, I will guide you through the embodiment of your creative expression. Learn to move blockages outside of the body as we strengthen your bond with your idea of what creativity means to you. In this practice we will explore movement as well as free writing for intention setting, colour work and meditation. The movement portion of the practice is gentle and accessible to all body types.
Please be advised that I am not an Art therapist nor do I claim to be. This practise is built from my personal artistic practice, holistic energy and yoga training. I built this practice to connect you to a deeper sense of self expression and or help you gain confidence in sharing your creative works with the outside world.
For now, this practice will be done at a distance. We will connect on FaceTime and I will prompt you through the movements using my voice. I encourage you to set up a cozy space in your home where you feel comfortable accessing healing energy.
